Shaker was completely transparent from start to finish, offering different options for screen replacement at different prices - explaining the advantage of the more expensive option without hint of coercion - and was able to offer an 'as-new' refurbished screen at almost half the price (after the more expensive option was committed to). After only a few days, the phone was returned, even with a screen protector attached at seemingly no extra cost! This service, while much cheaper than other options likely would be, provides top quality service and communication. Also English speaking!
