"Brought in an iphone SE for a screen repair today. The service took 4.5 hours which was fine and the repair was done nicely. However, the owner replaced the screen with a used and scratched iphone 6 screen which is upsetting (we initially agreed on an install of a copy of the iphone SE screen for 60€.) The owner explained that he did not have any available iphone SE screens and decided to use the iphone 6 without asking me even though they had my contact. This situation upset me as the colour doesn’t match the screen and I expected better of a such well rated repair store."
