"Booked some bags for storage via the Bounce portal for our last day in Barcelona after checking out of our appartment nearby. The men at the store told me to cancel the booking saying they couldn't help, asking for cash payment instead. Leaving me and my family stuck with our bags as Bounce don't do refunds. Bounce wouldn't refund me, but I got a partial credit back that I used somewhere else with no trouble. Don't trust these people with your bags"
