Informatique Connect

"I cannot rate nor praise higher the assistance provided by Informatique Connect in a time when I was facing some serious IT emergency. I have just moved into a small French city where I purchased a PC further to the irreparable collapse of my Mac laptop. I am a very low tech user and I was utterly helpless with my new piece of equipment. This was quite a distressing moment as I -like many people - rely on internet services to address a great variety of issues. I was stranded. I looked up potential service providers in my area and decided on Informatique Connect on the basis of pure intuition. I have learned in the process I may trust my intuition a hundred percent. I left a message on the technician's answering device and I waited but a few minutes before he graciously returned my call. I was told the IC person was facing a very busy schedule, but he promised he would try and manage to drop by my house later in the day. This he did without fail. Making house calls is already an invaluable advantage as I was spared the endless waiting in a shop queue. One word will suffice to describe the smiling but no nonsense attitude of the visiting technician, as well as the positive outcome of his work: perfect. My inexperience not only with the functioning of PC but also with iCloud was cause I needed further assistance from IC. Again, the same patient and competent professional attended to my many queries and succssfully helped me out. I still struggle with issues that were not manifest in the early days. My hand's already on the phone and my next call is to Informatique Connect. When I add that IC fees are more than reasonable, I believe I have made my best case for this brilliant company.
