"Would give 0 stars if I could. The joker who runs this unprofessional company is terrible at his job and so disorganized he has no idea what's going on in his own business. They took a week to do a simple diagnostic, then told me they couldn't repair it. I had already lost a week of work without my computer. They also closed without any notice or explanation the day after taking my laptop--they day they told me I would have it back. Finally, a week later when I tried to pick it up, the store was closed for no reason once again, and i had to leave 5 messages before someone called me back. He had no idea why the store was closed, said his colleague should have been there. I had to wait hours before they finally opened up and gave the computer back to me. I went to another company and they did the diagnostic in 2 hours and had fixed the problem in 2 business days. AVOID THIS RIDICULOUS JOKE OF A BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS."
