"Took my IPhone 13 Pro to this business and requested the battery be changed. Expected an IPhone battery. Next day received a message from IPhone that indicated I had a refurbished battery installed that was not an IPhone battery. It warned that some of my Apps may not work. Sure enough, this far five apps stopped working completely. Called the business and left a message. No response back. Attended the business in person and was told I didn’t specifically ask for an iPhone battery and that they had installed a “Third Party Battery” instead. He told me he had never heard of such a message coming up on other customers phone and made it a coincidence that suddenly my phone wasn’t working. No offer of money back. No apologies for being deceitful about not putting an IPhone battery in and now me having a phone that doesn’t work with many apps and is full of glitches. Said he could order an Apple battery but that it would cost me twice as much or put my old battery back in. I asked how after a week he would still have my old battery and he said because they keep them. Exactly! To refurbish and put shit batteries back into customers phones under the disguise of them being factory new. What a disgusting business. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"Dropped off my Mini PC here for a free quote to diagnose and they were amazing! Even offered to run an additional test for free when I mentioned it ran hot. Will be taking my tech here from now on! Edit after pick up: Fares showed me that my computer was working before he let me take it out of shop so I felt comfortable and confident. He answered all my questions beyond my satisfaction so I understood and what to look for. He also gave me good recommendations for what to find next and how to troubleshoot a worry I had! Amazing service and very professional!!!"

"Came in because I had a bunch of crap (lint, junk) in my iphone charging port so it wasn't charging properly. An easy quick fix - they just cleaned it out, but it was very quick, the service was kind and nice, and they didn't charge me anything. Plus the dude working had the prettiest eyes on earth, so they've got that going for them :D"
