"I brought my laptop here twice. The first time, the owner found that my charger was defect which he didn't even charge for. The second time (I then had a new charger, it's a special high-wattage charger, so they didn't have that in store understandably) he ran a full diagnostic run on my laptop and found that unfortunately my motherboard was defect, but he didn't charge me anything again. He also gave me recommendations on how to claim a warranty case with the laptop's manufacturer which I was successful with. Really great guy, speaks English, gives 20% discount for students and is very polite and patient. Thank you so much!"
